| The MMAG Member Show was a great success. A big thanks to Betsy Hull, Okemos Library Director for help. Close to 70 members and guests attended. We also would like to thank Judge Dianne Wolter, who complimented the entire Guild on the overall excellent quality of work on display. | ||

Okemos Hope Borbas Library will host MMAG
member Scott Fergus as the featured artist
for January 2012. The theme will be “PORTRAITS”,
many inspired by individuals he knows personally.
Scott is a well-known local artist who uses bright,
bold colors in a distinctive style, preferring acrylic
paint on canvas, and markers. The Opening
Reception will be on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from |

Sue was also selected for a one-woman show at the Michigan Women's Historical Center and Hall of Fame. The Exhibition will take place from November 2, 2011 through January 29, 2012. |

Sue Preiss has been selected for a one-woman show at the Michigan Women's Historical Center and Hall of Fame. The Exhibition will take place from November 2, 2011 through January 29, 2012. There will be a reception on Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 2-4 pm. The Historical Society is located at 213 Malcolm X Street, Lansing, MI 48933. |
